The unfortunate lag to this process is in these early months when corporate and local management won’t allow more than four elements worked on at any one time. This dramatically limits the ability to freely move around, adds cost and extends the project time, however, at the moment, is the only mode I can schedule. In that respect are several days that I’m required o send entire crews home without having access to work due to these restrictions.

The project’s footprint doesn’t allow for large scale material stockpiles, so many smaller deliveries get scheduled. Detailed locations for each shipment get coordinated and then the operator uses equipment to move materials around to the proper elements as needed.
