Malala Yousafzai is an 18 year old activist and the youngest person ever to receive a Nobel Peace Prize. Malala was born July 12 1997 in Mingora. The largest commercial city in the swat district in Pakistan. She is known for being the victim of a taliban attack that happened on the 9th of October 2012. It happened on her schoolbus going back home as a man entered the bus and asked for Malala. He then fired three shots. One went through her left eye socket and out under her left shoulder. The two other bullets hit her classmates.

As an adult Malala has put in every ounce of her time and effort to that same passion. Resulting in having her own Malala fund, winning awards, and even having her own day given to her by the UN. On her 18th birthday she opened “Malala Yousafzai All-Girls School” in Lebanon, providing an education for more than 200 girls. Commitment through and through.
