Brigham Young once said “You educate a man you educate a man. You educate a woman you educate a generation.” This quote clearly signifies the importance of female education. Ladies and gentlemen, have you heard of Michelle Bachelet, Julia Gillard, Graca Michel, Erna Solberg? These women I just mentioned were female education rights activist. My client here, Malala Yousafzai is also a female education rights activist. However, just because of her religion and her background, on October 9, 2012 the Taliban tried to assassinate Malala.

The Taliban banned girls in Malala’s valley and she began to receive death threats. On Oct 9, 2012, she was shot on the bus while going to school. Fortunately, she miraculously survived the incident.
