In the story Romeo and Juliet written by Shakespeare, Lord Capulet was the most to blame for the deaths. First, Lord Capulet is to blame because he was willing to force Juliet to marry Paris and if she wouldn’t he would not be hesitant to kick her out of the house.“Graze where you will, your shall not house with me.”(3.5.216.) Juliet does not want to marry Paris because she barely even knows who he is! Also, she has met him one time at a party and she wasn’t even paying any attention to him because she was eyeing Romeo.In addition to Juliet not wanting to marry Paris, Lord Capulet was going to make her anyways.“....I’ll have this knot knit up tomorrow morning.” (4.2.26.) Lord Capulet does not care that Juliet doesn’t want to get married at such a young age to someone she doesn’t even know.

Finally the day of the wedding, Juliet looks dead, so the wedding is turned into a burial and Juliet is pronounced dead. Later Romeo comes along and sees Juliet laying there “dead” and decides he needs to be with and is willing to take his own life so he kills himself. Juliet wakes up and sees Romeo dead and now feels she needs to die for real. A real funeral, then has taken place and Lord Capulet has decided that Juliet and Romeo were meant to be together.“As rich shall Romeo by his lady’s lie-/ Poor sacrifices of our enmity!” (5.5.328-29.)Romeo decided that he had to die, he felt as though he could not lose Juliet or live without her. His love was so strong and it wasn't just about looks, but real love, he loved her so much he thought he would die without her with him everyday so he decided to take his own life. Then Juliet had woken up right after Romeo had killed himself and thought that she wouldn't be able to live without him so she had decided to take her own life, for real this time, so she could be with Romeo.
