Physical activity is one of the best things to do to prevent type 2 diabetes, some cancers, and heart disease. In this article, it states that with daily physical activity or exercise comes great benefits for your health. Although exercising isn’t the only thing to do to prevent these types of illnesses, it is one of the more important ones. A big number of deaths would not have happened if a certain risk factor had not been present. These types of risk factors could have been avoided with exercise. That reason alone is why I feel exercising should be a top priority to keep me in a good, healthy condition. The benefits that can come from exercising everyday is worth living a healthy life in my opinion. If somebody wanted to avoid getting heart disease or cancer, I think, after reading this article, they should start with exercising regularly.
