Chicago illinois 1960, the city was busy like any other night, live music, basement parties & clubbing all day until dawn. The town was always awake it didn't even matter what time of day it was, everybody was always out riding, walking and you always seen the little children play about too. But, at night the worst things happen to anybody at any time people didn't care they still went out and wandered around. Back then cops didn't really care what people did they just picked on certain people they didn't like, most people have gotten away with bad things. Back then Chicago was the number one state for prostitution, pimping and Mr.Johnny was the number one pimp of the 60's. Mr.Johnny everybody calls him "Up" short for "JPimp",
