On this date worker received a call from Ms. Rachel Rodgers, for the purpose of monitoring Ms. Tonya Smith's current situation. Ms. Rodgers stated Tonya's sister-in-law Kristy had recently crawled under the locked chain link fence and came into Tonya's home.
