Left Side Pain Case Study

_____ (One) new _____ (patient) for followup.

Evaluation of Left Side Pain.

Patient _____ (actually) went to the ER yesterday, and was evaluated for back and abdominal pain. Initially thought she might have a kidney stone. She did have a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis, which now is _____ (ready). _____ _____ no evidence of stone. When she called today, inquired about a possible rash. She did note that there may have been a rash in the area of the pain, so I have brought her in for evaluation. The pain is at the level of 8. Patient denies that she is under any particular stress, or is not _____ (unusually) fatigued. That she tends to hold things in a lot.

I have reviewed her records from the emergency department.
