Assessment of level of success and achievements
During my placement year I had opportunity to work with IT Faculty Support team, Networks team and Systems team. Working in Faculty Support team gave me opportunity do some more advanced second and third line support which include special computer and lab computers setup, amending and moving user accounts from one department to another with all their data and settings.
I was also involved in event support group there we was setting up event microphones, lapel microphones, projectors live streaming and recording. Most important thing during event was that everything ran smoothly otherwise recording or conference can be ruined.
