The evolution of online shopping has incremented within the last decade. Many franchise’s in the market have commenced to endorse online shopping to provide convenience for their customers. Online shopping sites have engendered a stress-free environment where shoppers are not concerned with interactions with other people, and the stressful long lines. Grocery stores like Kroger’s now has an option where customers can do their shopping online then pick a time they can pick up their groceries. There are designated spots in the parking lot, and a store employee loads the groceries in the car. The customer does not have to enter the store. Additionally, Amazon Prime offers the “one-click” buy option where customers can purchase items at the click of their mouse. Personally, I find this option convenient and …show more content…

(Statista, 2017) Pinterest has estimated about 70 million users in the U.S. and 80 million outside the U.S. (Smith, 2017) With these numbers in mind, Pinterest’s integration with social media sights expands their customer reach.
