I personally use a combination of styles to learn from. Visual learning, I like colour, think in pictures and have a vivid imagination. I am often reading and making lists and taking notes when listening to verbal instructions. And I find I learn better by copying, looking at diagrams, underlining, highlighting and circling important information in notes. To understand what an instructor is saying and what they mean I like to see them so I can read their facial expressions and their body language. Auditory learning, I enjoy listening to music and find it difficult to keep quiet for extended time periods. Word association is used to remember facts and I prefer to give verbal responses rather than written. Kinaesthetic learning, I like to work
