" The advantage we secure for ourselves is precarious and uncertain until it has secured for all of us and incorporated into our everyday life" Jane Addams stated this. Many people work in a community all over the world to make it a better community for them and others. What a working community means to me it is coming together as one. There are three reasons a working community is the most important concept because it has to have determination, confidence, and inspiration. To begin with, Determination is one important concept we want in a working community. A determination is necessary because in a working community we want to have a goal-setting mindset to keep our focus on one thing to accomplish it. For example, when I was five years old I always dreamed of designing a video game of my own. I have come up with many beautiful ideas about video games from what I have played, and I honestly believe one day my dream will come true. Another example could be that I'm determined to graduate from Baton Rouge Community College next year. After that, I'm planning on going to a university of my choosing to complete my last two years there to receive my bachelor's degree in computer science. Also, to live my life to enjoy my dream job as a game designer in the future. Briefly, a determination is a must in a working community. Secondly, confidence is also another important concept we want in a working community. Having confidence is a major part of a working community because without it the community would not be anything without it. For instance, people believe that any society can change for the better. While us as a human put in hard work and a real effort towards it to make the modification in the community, it happens. Then the community will enhance around the world. Also, everyone will be happy about it. As an example, an individual like me has to have confidence in myself for me to pass my math test on Wednesday. Additional to that hoping to pass all my classes this semester as well. Furthermore being successful in college will lead any individual to better opportunities. Finally, having confidence is good for a working community. Third, inspiration is another important concept we want in a working community. Inspiration involves a lot of interactions towards others. Because it makes someone want to do something that inspires them. As an example, my English IV teacher encourages me to do better, and she believed in me.That's why I never gave up on myself. This day I'm still striving for success. Another example could be at the age of fifteen as an individual was unsure where I wanted to go to college, but my sisters inspire me on my decision. But by the age of seventeen knew where I wanted to go college. That was Baton Rouge community college. It is nothing to be afraid, and it is nothing to be an ashamed about a working community. It is not a prison. A community is not something we wish upon a star. A community is also not cemetery for sure. A community is something we want to see improve every day in our lives to see the significant impact it will have on the working community. A working community involves teamwork with others. Society is great to have on earth to explore. Makes us come together as a whole in the community to achieve more and succeed.
