I've been asked by upper management to discuss this issue with you further. This oversight to Kevin's attention has caused a real problem with Invista and they have a negative view of SMC's performance. This took a lot of time to resolve since the communication on the price increase sent back in August of 2016 was not logged in Chempax when it's received. This is a written warning that any further occurrences will lead to discipline that includes suspension or termination.

Customer service serves as the first impression a customer has of SMC and we are held to a higher standard for both our internal and external
