Interview Residential Restaurants

Improved Essays
From my interview, I focus on employees in residential restaurants. Neener has basically two teams in the restaurant: professional team and student team. Professional team includes Neener, a unit manager, a chef, other lower managers and supervisors, and professional staffs. Student team includes student managers, student supervisors, and student staffs. Neener will get reports from the unit manager and the chef who are responsible for daily operations. For student employees, there are student managers and student supervisors who are responsible for student staffs and report to the unit manager or the chef. For professional employees, there are managers and assistants who are also responsible for their staffs and report to the unit manager
