Interest Groups Research Paper

The things I am going to discuss is interest groups and their functions. Interest groups are an organized group that attempts to influence the government to approve certain policies or procedures. Their main functions are to support certain ideologies and policies. Political parties usually focus/form on general stuff, but interest groups form around specific ideas or issues. The Interest groups can be potentially influential due to their capability to raise funds and effect voters. Considering the groups, I would consider supporting Environmental, Consumer, and possibly Public interest groups.
