Steel cookie sheets are thick and are heavy sheets.It is also cooked crisped and will have dark edges.On the steel cookie sheets you need to put salt, so it will not stick.Also, you should always put low temperatures is because if you put high it will get over cookie rely faster.They say if you do this you will get even cookie and they will taste good.
