As the Ontario Health Care System faces several challenges, organizations and providers must meet together and help improve the health care needs of Ontarians. As the health care system has various rising issues, poverty and income inequality highly affects individuals. Both patients and people believe in a universal health care system, that can provide for their health and their children. As the population will be growing for health care services, maintain a sustainable system will need to control cost, funding, and preventing illness and improving results for patients. Hence, it is to sustain the system for generations to come. Therefore, patient satisfaction is what patients value in health care. When patients are admitted to hospital to look at our nurses, and doctors identify, meet and exceed patient expectation. These expectations are made up of a patient’s experience, need and communication. If one’s perception exceeds expectations they are stratification, but if one expectations are less than perception are dissatisfaction. Furthermore, patients make comparisons between different apartments and facilities, and what age group is given the best service. However, policy issues influence government issues, and citizens are the main source to influence the administration. It demonstrates, that health care services do not fund all services. Some services include, dental care, ambulance services, and prescription
