Industrialization refers to the development of machine production goods and new energy resources. Before the industrial revolution the period was sort of golden age, is a myth. Domestic spinners and weavers in the eighteenth century had been exploited by clothier as ruthlessly as the factories operatives were exploited by manufacturer in 1840s. After industrial revolution in Europe resources were being used on large scale for larger production during 18th and 19th century. It was boom in textile industry so most of the people were leaving their traditional job and moving towards cotton industry like many small farmers turned into weavers in late 18th century. However for the worker the most important change was their work experience. For Modern Times, it's a story of industry, of individual enterprise--humanity crusading in the pursuit of happiness. This somehow tries to demonstrate the picture of industrialization in early 20th century and also the automation, assembly lines and the enslaving of man by machines.20th century had two world wars in its first half. It started with First World War earlier where dearth of goods and resources led to focus on better operational efficiency. A structural change in economy took place because the contribution of agriculture sector reduced and commercial sector increased with technological innovations, new type of investment, and shift to manufacturing on large scale in factories. In the early 20th century the family structure changed further as industrialization matured. The nuclear family with the conjugal relationship at its core emerged in the late 19th century becoming the norm in the 20th century.
