Much of my responsibility at Microtime was dealing with selling things on eBay. I did this when I was bored or didn’t have anything to do, but everything I listed sold except the server which is older and doesn’t work. I’d have to take pictures, list the item, package, and take them to the post office. My worst day at Microtime was when a coworker asked me to deliver some ram to one of their clients in Lowell, Ma. I wasn’t really in a position to say no since I didn’t have anything else to do. So drove down there in my car, just to drive back to get the correct ram, and then drive all the way back down to deliver it to a client. After two hours of driving I finally get back and not one person said thank you, and I didn’t get reimbursed for the gas I used to get down …show more content…
I’ll get a raise after my 90-day review, and another after my 6-month review. Currently I am a customer support specialist and assist the technicians with service tickets, scheduling, talking to customers, and follow up calls to make sure everything is still working correctly. Working at Paradigm is more than just a job to me, it’s a career and the CEO and other coworkers want me to grow and succeed within the company. Everyone is friendly and more than willing to help me with small tasks, teaching me a new program, or just asking if I’m doing ok. At Paradigm I mostly answer the phones, talk to clients, create service tickets, and do other things around the office to help
