In project evaluation

I have evaluated the entire project that we have done such as finding the results and solution, what can be improved if we face the similar problem in future, what are the key aspects to identify the problem and what all process we have used to complete case study as well as what targets we have set which will help to nail down solution, therefore individual critical review will help us to understand the each roles played by team members and how the team meetings were conducted which results in completion of project also what input we got from the team which will give good output.

Sometimes we decided to meet at some team member’s place for discussion and to give feedback on our assigned work.
In my group the communication was the problem whenever the team meetings was scheduled there was not any appropriate timing ,all the members were informed on the short notice. But by considering the availability if we are late they threaten us by giving less mark in peer evaluation.

Leadership/collabaration

This was the key problem in our group as there was no leader each individual has to play their own part. Every team needs a leader to encourage and motivate them but in our group it was lacking not any of them work was appreciated.
Nichola was much of arrogant at the time of project there was no any quality of leadership within her because of that I have given her less marks.
Manpreet gave us the idea of project with patiently and listen to our point of views so I have given him the highest marks in negotiation and conflicts among

But instead she told me that “please don’t ask me I don’t know anything about it you do whatever you want to” then also I went and whatever I found at that time I gave but they were like you were not present in group discussion, you are very irresponsible and information you gave is not relevant.
On our second meeting at parmeets place I was late and I had explain reason behind it but nichola started using inappropriate words and saying if I don’t arrive from mt roskill to civic center in 5 minutes otherwise she would left and our meeting will postpone.
At parmeets place as parmeet was not interested in discussion she sat outside and other team members were discussing and giving suggestion to one another without sharing with me and when I ask they were like not interested in listening
In peer evaluation they gave me least mark in attendance and contribution because I didn’t know when our other meetings conducted and they were not interested in telling individually.

Journal Entry 6 I observed: This session had quite a lot of things to be observed. Some of these include the flow of the session i.e. the session had a very few pauses and went very well when members talked about what they were going through. I observed that a few of the members did not have a good eye contact. This occurred when the member tried to explain a situation.…

I feel as if the group project could have been done a lot better I felt as there was more of a focus on getting to know one another rather than focusing on the assessment. Currently I am not as confident on working with individuals that I don’t know so well as I was when we first started as I realized not everyone in the group had the same approach towards the task as I did especially in terms of prioritization despite this I believe I am more confident in showing leadership as Staci and Emily had other commitments I attempted to accommodate for this by contacting them and working out times when they were both free I believe this was a positive thing as normally in group assessments I have a tendency to rely on other people to make decisions like this and it was a positive experience delegating rather than receiving tasks. Overall working with Staci and Emily was fine as I have a more passive personality in group assignments it was a good learning experience for me a study has also shown that working as group positively influences and facilitates an exchange of knowledge(Shaw, Mitchell and Del Fabbro, 2015) this definitely occurred during our group work when it came to elaborating on social determinants I was able to help both Staci and Emily better understand them while Staci assisted me in learning about the stream factors overall I believe we compensated very well for each other’s gaps of knowledge . On the other side of the spectrum our fourth member Louis was difficult to work with as he contacted us the weekend before the assignment was actually ready to present and this caused a lot of stress and panic, after talking to Emily and Staci they definitely felt the same way about the situation with…

In addition, some researchers conceptualise project outcome as a uni-dimensional construct concerned with meeting budget, time, and quality (Mir & Pinnington, 2014; Müller & Turner, 2007; Turner, 2009), whereas others consider it a complex, multi-dimensional concept encompassing many more attributes (Atkinson, 1999; Jugdev & Muller, 2005; Lim & Mohamed, 1999; Shenhar et al., 2001). Shenhar et al. (2001) argued that projects are strategic, and project outcomes should be assessed according to short-term and long-term project objectives. Their framework links project outcome with competitive advantage, and includes: efficiency (meeting schedule and budget goals); impact on customers (customer benefits in performance of end products, and meeting customer needs); business success (project benefits in commercial value and market share); and preparing for the future (creating new technological and operational infrastructure and market…

We were going to be working together and we know about each other, we conducted that working on a group project together can provide advantages for each team member and learn new skills. Each one of us had a different job to do during our class assignments such as collecting data from the web, making interviews with people and preparing our reports and presentations. I was trying to take a more active role in our presentations, in exchange for taking a less active role in the idea formatting and report stages. We were trying to assign each one of us because of the variation skills of my group members that could be applied in many parts of the project depending on the area that they are…
