Human organism needs a sufficient amount of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals. The balance of these substances allows you to lose weight, feel better, look younger and healthier.

Protein
Protein molecules are made of combinations of amino acids. Their various combinations give special properties to molecules. Proteins are required for metabolic reactions and they construct "skeleton" of cells and the body's various tissues - muscles, skin, nerve fibers. Protein molecules are necessary for the regeneration processes. In the process of digestion protein food is broken down into its constituent amino acids. When they get to the tissue, the desired molecules are created. For the correct weight loss, it is important to eat a variety of foods in order to provide the body with essential amino acids for the building and regeneration of tissues. Solid cheese, chicken, peanuts, lean beef, liver, eggs, cod, peas and milk are rich in proteins. Carbohydrates Carbohydrates are the main supplier of energy. They are a part of body's cells. Carbohydrates are produced by plants as a result of photosynthesis. Digestible carbohydrates include starch and sugar. Starch is digested rather slowly, and sugar quickly splits into glucose and fructose. Glucose covers up to half part of the energy needs of the body. It is used to maintain the protective barrier in liver. This barrier counteract penetration of toxic substances. Especially honey, raisins, peaches have a lot of sugar in their content. Starch is contained in wheat, rice, various roots. Cellulose and pectin are indigestible carbohydrates. Their structure is characterized by a special weave of fibers forming the void. When swollen, vegetable fibers are involved in forming the fecal, and stimulation of early removal of all possible wastes in the bowels. Inside the walls of the intestines are lined with villi, the so-called brush border, which significantly increases the area for absorption and assimilation of nutrients. If villi are clogged, a person has to eat a lot, but she will get a smaller part of the useful substances. When the layers of fecal stones, pus, mucus narrow the lumen of the intestine. Lipids - fats and fat-like substances - are parts of the cell. They affect the permeability of cell membranes and they involved in the transmission of nerve impulses, the contraction of muscle fibers. Lipids provide human body with energy reserves, and they are a part of the water-repellent, insulating covers.

In the case of deficit of lipids it is impossible to create new cells. There are the following varieties: Triglycerides are a part of cell membranes, they store energy reserve in fat cells.
Phospholipids are a part of the nervous tissue cell membranes. They transport fats, fatty acids and cholesterol.
Sterol is cholesterol contained in the cell membrane, excludes the influence of temperature on their stability. It is needed to produce vitamin D, production of male and female sex hormones, brain needs and immune system.
Fats are characterized by high calorific value, and therefore they are not consumed in large amounts. Especially the need for them is not very high. Their deficit and surplus are equally harmful.
