The industry has CAGR of 4.5% in revenue growth between 2009 and 2013 with $4.2bn revenues in 2013. The number of hotels increased with CAGR of 4.4% in the same period. Leisure is the largest segment in the Indian Hotels and Motels industry, accounting for 71.5% value whereas the business segment accounts for 28.5% of the total industry volume.
