Yes, most victims of human trafficking have limited financial resources because rich people show there power on poor people as they do not have power to fight with them. Some people due to financial issues and family problems agree to go on wrong way without their willingness or wish. For example in case of force marriage, girls are forced by family to marry with a boy without her willingness and in case of trafficking of the organ transfer people are made fool and unknowingly their organ of their body has been taking or if some people are willing to sale their organ of body they are not paid fully or not at all paid for it. The main reason of human trafficking is poverty because of poor living standard of people they are forced to do wrong
