The reason I chose Alzheimer’s disease is because I want to know how people can improve themselves with Alzheimer’s. I give medications to elders that have Alzheimer’s disease stages one and two, but it’s not permanent to them as of now. I see how it affects a person mind when they can’t remember what they did that day before or when they forget that family remembers come by to visit them. I learn that there’s no cure for this disease, but people can still improve in it by regular exercises, eating healthy meals, and solving problems. So far, my sources for this essay is that I got to know the background of Alzheimer’s disease little more and it’s interesting to me because there’s a lot goes on in the brain. The brain helps us function with our language, solving problems, behavior, and sleep, so people should to be careful on what they eat, how they sleep, and have less stress on the brain. In my essay, it’s a lot of connections between my sources such as getting to know how to improve symptoms for Alzheimer’s and different ways to reduce Alzheimer’s
