9- How has college been different - good OR bad - from what you expected?
College has definitely been challenging and a much different experience than high school life. I am now completely responsible for my work and myself. I don’t have my parents asking me if I’ve finished all my homework or telling me when I should go to bed. I can go anywhere I want when ever I want and that is a big responsibility. The freedom is refreshing and I’m glad to be independent. I think going to college is an integral step in transitioning a student to becoming a responsible adult that is ready to be independent and support him or herself when they graduate. I am so thankful for all the lessons my parents have taught me and even though I do have all this freedom
