Class management is very important if people who are in charge to manage the classroom correctly. Student can improve their performance if has a good classroom management. In this literature review we as a group have to study about this topic which is the impact of student performance on classroom management. We have to search the old journal and article that related to our topic. In this chapter we have to explain our Independent variable (IV) which is environment, rules and behaviour. We thought that our IV is the factor of student performance that can improve if the classroom has better management. We have to find a prove in article and …show more content…
The writer also emphasize about the classroom should be organized effectively because comfortable are really importance for make sure the students can perform and focus on their study. The writer also mentioned about the classroom need a peace environment to make the learning session can be more efficient. Moreover, the student need to use the proper or a little bit former in language for avoid the negative effect and unhealthy learning environment. Classroom climate also played an important role to make sure an environment in classroom is in good condition. Good classroom climate is a open classroom climate and encourage the student free to make interaction between student and student, student and teacher also free to attribute in various activity in classroom. This because when student have a positive attitude it can bring the classroom in conducive condition and make the student easy to learn. The teacher also have to guide the student to be excellent student and make classroom free form negative attitudes. With the large quantities will make the class management complicated. It is hard for teachers to give all attention to all students. The students who are no get a attention from teachers will get bored and disappointed, then will arouse discipline problem in classroom, such as making a noise, chatting with friend, hang around, skipping class , bullying, sleeping in class, and more. Homework will not finish. (Sang, 2010) This is because school management must be control the quantity of student in every one class. When the school manage this problem properly, the student can give the attention to their teacher while learning session. The teacher also easy to teach their student when quantity of student in class was balance. Even though if the teacher cannot give full attention to their student, at least the teachers can make their student understand what is the teachers delivered because quantity of student and disruption was
