Drinking is not the best way to relieve stress or “have fun” how people claim it brings to them. The alcohol in a drink contains almost as many calories as fat. While people can store nutrients, protein and carbohydrates, and fat in the body that can 't store alcohol. So the body wants to get rid of it and by doing that the body works really hard. It also interrupt how the body The average bottle of wine contains 600 calories while four pints of average contains 640 (hig.gov). So the person gains weight really fast that can also deal to unwanted weight
