How Did Louis Pasteur Affect France

Louis Pasteur was a renowned scientist during the nineteenth century. He significantly impacted the worlds of medicine and biology with multiple different studies including the germ theory and vaccination. He had no intention to revolutionize medicine. One of his original experiments was in France. His original intent was to improve the process by which alcohol was made. Instead, he went on to demonstrate that organisms were responsible for souring wine, beer, and even milk. The process that he invented became known as pasteurization and it included boiling and cooling liquid. Because of this discovery, he also saved the silk industry in France. His discovery of liquid contamination led him to the idea that micro-organisms could also be infecting
