Time seems to be an important factor in whether Malaysian adults are willing to cook and prepare healthy meals or choose pre-prepared foods, fast foods, and take-out, or eat snack foods instead of meals. Shortly, this problem is mainly arising because the time pressured citizens. This has the effect to the schedule of an individual to be busy which causes pressure and stress. Researchers suggest that two easy strategies may help people more effectively cope with stress. Slow breathing can help to refocus the mind and calm feelings of anxiety. Eating late at night is often blamed for obesity, though it can also contribute to fluctuations in your sleep cycle and changes in the number of times you need to use the bathroom during the night. It is proven by Dr Toko Mansur (2017), a nutritionist at Jinja Regional Referral Hospital says: “Having late meals is risky because one is likely to gain weight and become obese at some point.
