Lundy goes on to and argues that "The core measures that are most difficult for Resurgens are 1, 13, and 17" (2015). Resurgens Orthopaedics is a multispecialty orthopaedic practice that Lundy is affiliated. Measure 17 requires five percent of a physician's patients to use a portal to communicate with the physician. As far as hospitals, CPSI hospitals have "attested to meeting the Stage 2 objectives for Meaningful Use of a certified electronic health record (EHR)"
