The Half Moon Pose is a standing yoga pose that will test your leg muscles and your capability to balance.
How To
Begin by starting in the Extended Triangle Pose to the left side. With your right hand placed on the right hip. breathe in, bending your left knee, and move your right foot about six to twelve inches forward along the floor. Simultaneously, reach your left hand forward, past the little toe side of the left foot, at approximately twelve inches.
While breathing out, push your left hand and left heel firmly into the floor, and straighten your left leg, while at the same time, raising your right leg parallel to the floor. Extend assertively through the right heel to keep the raised leg strong.
