Having to teach young minds will definitely not be easy. This job will be filled with challenges and frustrations. But I believe that any child is cable of learning anything, if they are guided down the right path. As a teacher I understand that I will need to be aware of how each students learns, behaves, and develops I order to be able to relate to my students. My goal as a teacher is to challenge my students and watch them grow to their fullest potential. Therefore, I believe that group work is the key to having successful students and is something of value, especially with younger students.
