Group Four
Group Four consisted of myself, C.P., A.R., and S.T... All the members of group four are female. But each have different characteristics. C.P. is Hispanic. She speaks both English and Spanish. She is also very out spoken. In addition, she also took on much of the leadership role towards to end of the group exercise. A.R. is soft spoken. In the social exchange theory, humans are considered to be rational beings. The theory saw that human beings made rational decisions based on the amount of information available to them. With that being said, these decisions are made to receive the greatest reward with the less amount of cost. For example, when the group was deciding what topic to pick for the role play. They use what information they already had available to them. The members knew that C.P. had prior information on narcotics anonymous.
