No,because some actually help our environment but at the same time we should have rules on them.It's not quite redemption, but one of most loathed invasive species in the world—the European green crab has had a surprisingly positive effect on an ecosystem. On Cape Cod, Massachusetts, researchers have found that the crab is reversing a decades long trend of damage that other species has inflicted on salt marsh. It might be the first nice thing that the green crab has done for anyone.

Another thing is that envasive species are also dangourus to the enviroment.it could also threten us and the animals lives.somany thiongs can also threten us and the place we live so i think we should have rules.Ruls could help us and species lives for the betterruls
