Most people have this right in their kitchen so already making progress. After grabbing freezer paper, the last four supplies are an X-acto™ knife, fabric paint, a foam brush and an iron. The first step is to print out a design on printer paper be it a phrase, letter, or an image. Use anything that comes to mind to inspire how the t-shirt should look. You do not have to print out a design an alternative is to just directly trace the design onto the freezer paper but using a reference (printed design) does make it easier to trace the letters onto the freezer paper. After tracing the image the next step is to grab the X-acto™ knife and cut out that design. This step may become tedious to do but in the end it will be worth it. Once done take the iron set it on a cotton/high setting with no steam and iron on the freezer paper now a stencil onto the t-shirt. This allows the image to stay on the t-shirt while painting it. The next step is to grab the fabric paint and the foam brush, squeeze some of the fabric paint onto a paper plate or a sheet of paper. Before filling in the stencil take a piece of cardboard from a box or some paper and slid it between the t-shirt so that as the shirt dries the paint does not stick to the other side. Now just paint, fill in the sections cut out with the X-cato™ knife earlier with the fabric paint. Let the paint dry overnight, after drying simply peel the freezer paper off the t-shirt and look at the brand new t-shirt
