Malaysia is one of member of UNITED NATIONS HIGH COMMISSIONER FOR REFUGEES (UNCHR).this organization is by the guidance and coordination within the United Nations commissioned a worldwide international action to protect refugees and resolve refugee problems. When Malaysia have issues of Rohingya people migrant crisis(BBC NEWS.2015) .The UNCHR ready to provide medical and other temporary aid. Moreover. UNCHR also help Malaysia sea border to stop more Rohingya people arriving by boat (UNHCR.2014). From 1975 to 1996 , UNHCR assisted the Malaysian Government to provide the necessary protection and assistance to the Vietnamese boat people (UNHCR.2011) the Malaysian Government continues to cooperate with UNHCR in addressing refugee issues on humanitarian
