The sugar on drinks and some food can be good, however, the sugar feels like you’re detoxing from drugs. After you start drinking and eat sugary food and drinks can be dangerous for you because you can create a addiction to eat sugary food. The sugar is created for four major components of addiction. These four components are bingeing, withdrawal, craving, and cross-sentisation. All this components that are scientific have been using it with animals and they observed that animals became addictive for sugar, as well as a drug of abuse.
In conclusion sugar can be positive and negative for the body. Sugar is like a drug and is very hard to get non addicted to. When you quit eating sugar you can have withdrawals, these can be very serious for
