In today’s competitive world it is very important to know about the buying behavior of customers and to have complete knowledge about it, in order to create a successful market. This study is aiming to what all things motivate a customer to buy a ford car and also to analyze whether they are satisfied with the car or not. Basically in the research main aim was to focus on the existing customers of ford and to determine the positive as well as negative points of ford cars.
