SM is a one-day-old female infant whose estimated gestational age was 40 4/7 weeks. SM delivered through C-section because there were multiple late decelerations and meconium stained fluid. She was born on 11/19/2017 at 23:25. Her birth weight was 3260gm (she lost 10gm when it compared with birth weight, which is a common finding), length 52 cm, head, chest and abdominal circumference were 33.6cm, 32cm and 32.4 cm. Mom blood type is B+. During the assessment, SM was calm, alert and comfortable. Her skin was pink, intact, but there was burse on the child's faces I believe that was related to laboring process. Moreover, I noticed that skin was wrinkled and cracked which is a signs full-term child.
