Therefore, it is important to determining the causal relationship between family characteristics and between family backround helps social workers understand the influence of each. Schools alone can’t change the disparities that students are born into. However, social services, community organizations and government policies must ensure that all children regardless of backround be eligible to access services. Schools must be positioned and equipped to handle student’s issues.
