I can infer that some roman citizens were more comfortable with the Huns invading Rome than that of being under the Roman Empire, this shows us the leaders were terrible at controlling their own government and this gave romans no freedom but now after the invasion they have a lot more freedom.. Also it says in Document B, “the customary armor began to seem heavy since the soldiers rarely ever wore it. Therefore, they first asked the emperor to set aside breastplates.” This shows that the emperor and senators actually did remove the breastplates and helmets which leaves the roman soldiers vulnerable to attacks, therefore the Huns invaded Rome with archers and easily got passed the roman defenses because they didn’t wear
