We have got manager (manages the place and people working there), Carers with their job roles carry out their specific duties, senior carers, nurses, caeres from other agencies, family and friends of the service user, visits from GP, visits from local authorities, service user visits to hospitals and coming back, visits from different activity organisers, kitchen team – chef, team taking care of laundry, cleaners, fire rescuers, emergency team, electrician, health and safety visitors, CQC inspections, and many more different people with different job roles work together in partnership to make a place very good working place and achieve the goals of the organisation. 03.02 Identify ways of working that can help improve partnership
