The five steps of Grieving Process is denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and resolution. Normally when someone thinks of grief you will think of someone passing or going through some sort of tremendous ordeal. This is apart of life that we all deal with and will learn how to deal with it. The first step into a person passing through grief is denial. When a person receive the news of someone passing the first initial thought is being in denial. Just coming to terms that your loved one is no longer here is unbelievable. Then once that semi of acceptance sets in your next reaction is anger. You are completely mad at the thought of loosing someone. So you are trying to exchange the loss with something else.
