Explain An Effective Way For Aligning Goals And Objectives

An effective way for aligning my goals and plans within a particular organisation’s goals and plans, is by creating a Balance Scorecard.
This performance management system is a means to setting and achieving the strategic and operational plans and objectives of an organisation, within a specific time period.
Strategic plans are long term goals and objectives, focusing more into the future and what the organisation hopes to achieve within the next three to five years. It is a brief summary consisting of resources required, expenses and analysis of external factors which could affect the outcome of achieving those goals.
Operational plans are short term goals and objectives which are more detailed, focusing on just a one year period. This outlines
