In my time at Exell Companies I have served as the voice of our company to our clients, as I am their primary contact with our company. In a small market like Mississippi, the majority of our new business is coming from our current clients through new services and referrals. This makes customer retention and satisfaction essential to our success and I believe my experience in sales has allowed me to be more effective in maintaining and improving our client relations. While engaged with a customer on the phone I take the time to look over their account to check on contract status or volume of water being purchased to identify potential sales opportunities and schedule sales appointments if appropriate. I required to resolve every situation

    April, I have called in the past prior to me sending out the message and I was informed the same EOB that was online is all they have also and to see if the patient EOB was different. Based on the EOB we have on file and the EOB that UHC have on file it all show the same exact date which is why the copay company is not paying the additional date. I call Ruth with UHC and left a voicemail but she is a register nurse therefore, she may not be able to provide me with a different EOB than what we currently have.
