Social Media has advancement in technology, it has also making communication grown. It is now easier and cheap to communicate and connect with people across the world. social networking help people who travel over the world stay in contact with friends or family. Example of the social media like what’s app, snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, and imo. allows every individual to express their feelings and beliefs to friend and family member as well as our love once. It helps us to meet new people and also old friend we don’t have access to, it helps us to update lots of information, including pictures of yourself and friends. My number one priority is WhatsApp’s I am addicted to my phone because that is what I have my all social network apps, …show more content…
but also it has the side effect which involve in distracted me sometime, it sometime distracts me from schoolwork by allowing me to talk on the phone when I should be working. I personally decide to stay away from my phone for the past couple of days for my experiment withdraw from my WhatsApp. The first step I did was to deleted every apps on the phone then after I switch it off for someday, which I find it very difficult to do why because it something that am addicted to. I had a lot of challenge in that couple of days, which affected me both physical and mental for the past two days I become use to it on third day of my experiment, it come to a time that I hear my phone ringing tone in my mind which was draw my attention back for me to pick it back and use on it …show more content…
I later give to my phone to a friend who leave in different apartment to keep it for me, the second thing I did was that I bought a lot of different story books to replace the absent of my phone also to take my mine out from everything like what’s app,and imo .I was using the story book during my free time that I feel like my hand is entry and need something get InTouch with the rest of my pressure time was using for training and work. That how I was able to achieve my goals for past 10 days of absent from my phone. Some of the negative challenges experience I had during me withdraw from phone was stress, pain, and emotional down. But after all I was had a positive challenge as which is focus, sound mind, I had a lot of time to study and training as well. Even these it took a challenges and long mile to get there, but at end of everything I also achieve some great from it. the challenge course is great way to show what drugs and violence class are important I would recommend HLTH 4400 for every student to take and had the experience that I had some
