Kuwait life divides into two parts, Bedouin and Hadhar. Bedouin, were working and taking care of camels. Hadhar were more interesting and working in sea for example building ships and pearl fishery. Both Bedouin and Hadhar were famers, shepherds, and blacksmiths. Because there was not any shopping mall, Kuwaiti women were getting pots and pans from Sulubba (a group of men who work as a hunters and desert guide). Some of the Kuwaiti investors built a metals company which calls United Steel Industrial Company (KWTSteel) in 1996. Four years later, KWTSteel worked with Austria's Voest Alpine (it is not a Kuwaiti company) in order to produce 650,000 tonnes per year of reinforcing steel. With reinforcing steel and producing oil, Kuwait began producing cement when Kuwait Cement Company (KCC) was founded in 1972.
