Ethnic Dining Experience Paper

For the ethnic dining experience assignment Ayak and I chose to go to Hoi Sushi restaurant located on Wyandotte street in Windsor. We chose that restaurant out of many other ones because I’ve never tried sushi before and I’ve heard from many people that the food there was delicious. Also we decided to eat there because it was something out of our comfort zone and it was not only Japanese that was there at the restaurant.
When we walked in a lady came up to us and asked a table for how many, and we said a table of 6 to her. She seated us at a table that had the place setting with a napkin and chopsticks. They offer two different options, all you can eat or order from the menu. All 6 of us chose all you can eat. She then asked what we would like to drink and we chose to drink water because if you were to choose pop or juice you would be charged extra. We wrote down our orders on a 2 small papers that were given to us by the lady. After that we called over one of the waitresses and told her we were ready for to take the papers. W ordered chicken fried rice, spring rolls, rainbow roll of sushi, fried chicken, chicken teriyaki, veggie tempera, California roll sushi, shrimp and s well as spicy mayo and other things. The food we as bought out fresh and presented to us on a plate. I personally couldn`t eat the sushi without the spicy mayo. Over all, the food was amazing and there was no limitation on what you order

Also, another outstanding thing about this experience was the waitress that came to another waitress explain the food to us because the other waitress didn`t know that much English. That same lady who knew English kept coming to check our table to see if we needed any help. I personally would return to the Hoi Sushi restaurant because of the amazing food they had, how the restaurant was nice and warm with good music and

If you do not wish to utilize the valet parking, you can park right around the corner. Parking is never an issue at this location, it’s in a safe area, and its right by the mall, so you can even go shopping after your lunch or dinner. The wait staff were very proficient, dressed professionally, white dress shirts, with black dress pants and the service was outstanding. From the minute you walk into the restaurant, you are greeted by the host, seated right away, although, during dinner time, there might be a little wait, but it’s worth it. The drinks, the meal, and the desert came out flawless, as well as the service.…

My husband, our four children, and I visited the El Rodeo in Mooresville, Indiana on April 15, 2017. We arrived around one in the afternoon and were surprised to find that the customers were few and far between. We were seated immediately, and our server, Juan, was at our table within seconds. He brought with him three baskets of chips and three bowls of salsa. Our food arrived at our table about ten minutes after we ordered.…

There are three lines: deli, sandwiches (PUB SUBS), and hot foods. You don’t want ham anymore, you want some of their signature popcorn chicken (Pub Nugs)– Dancing With the Stars is on tonight, and you forgot, so you have, like, no time to cook (yes, preparing a sandwich is cooking). You drift over toward the hot food line, weaving in and out of residual, abandoned carts and the Hummus Crowd; their chick peas are adjacent to your deli. There’s only one person ahead of you, a mother of four, but instead of ordering the large size, she’s getting four smalls (there’s logic behind a large…it’s the aggregate total of a few smalls… it’s easier).…

The fried cod sandwich ($8) was a poor excuse for a po'boy. An abundance of mayonnaise dressing dripped out of the ends when it was picked up, ruining the crunchy sweet-potato fries (substituted for regular for $1.50) underneath. The too-soft bread fell apart easily. Personally I myself did not get the chance to try the cod sandwich, but I’m the type of individual who likes to experience food for myself so this is a must try the next time I am in. what she also mentioned was, “At Angry Crab, the wax-paper-covered tables are the plates, your hands the utensils.”…

After a grueling day of midterm exams, I trudge back to my dorm with a few of my friends to drop my school bag off before going to the Michigan Union to eat at Panda Express. Panda Express is one of my favorite restaurants ever, and I always get the same thing: one medium lemonade and one bigger plate with chow mein, fried rice, and a side of kung pao chicken. The noodles and fried rice already taste delicious, but the spiciness of the chicken combined with the two entrees simply explode in my mouth. Anyways, we made our way to my dorm in South Quad, all the while conversing about how each other’s exams went.…

Also the guest you serve pay your bills so you have even more of a reason to build that connection.
