Harvey: Harvey has a Laissez Faire leadership style. Laissez faire is a French word that means no interference. It denotes the professional responsibility the business has to society as well as other aspects such as honesty, integrity and humanity.
Ethics Board: An ethics board is a board of people that will enforce the concepts and principles that are stated in the code of ethics. The ethics board will deal with all matters that within Pearson Hardman that have to deal with Ethics. They will also decide on the solutions to the ethical problems and take action, such as investigation into ethical issues and make all decisions regarding ethical issues, when necessary.
A code of ethics and an Ethics board go hand in hand. This will help solve issues such as Harvey not being fired and Louis’ behaviour/ attitude towards the associates.
