The pathos is appealing to people`s emotions. The main idea of this advertisement is to show that people little care about each other. It is obvious that a family looks quite happy and does not notice what happen beyond their worlds. Additionally both parents seem very busy because a man does not even look at the traffic and is completely lost in his telephone conversation, when a woman is interested in the map and does not pay attention to the road.
